Dr. Paulina Denka, MD

Excellent doctor very thorough

I have been seeing Doctor Denka for a couple of years and she is reasonably competent. Her staff however can be a challenge. Lynn, who answers the phone among other duties, would be more suited as a prison guard as opposed to someone a doctor would keep between herself and her patients. Lynn has always made it clear she does not appreciate your calling and bothering the Doctor with your problems. Since Lynn and her fellows have been there for a while I must assume they have the Doctor's approval for their actions. I alas must find another Doctor but I will definitely be checking out their office staff first.

Love Dr Denka, but Lynn on her staff can be abrasive and somewhat argumentative. It would seem that she realizes she is dealing with people who are in pain, and need a kind and gentle person to help them. Being impatient and abrasive is just an awful way to treat patients. I can’t believe I will have to find another doctor when I love Dr Denka. It’s a shame...
