Dr. Pauline Kouyoumdjian, DO

One of the kindest physicians I have ever met; she actually listened to my complaints and took her time with me; I did not feel rushed at all.

Every time I go in with my mother the receptionists are so rude like they don't wanna be there. My mom has an Indian accent and if they can't understand her they roll their eyes and talk so rudely to her. Not only do they make her feel bad as a person but also disrespect her. I called in once to get a referral and the receptionist was barely taking any interest of where to send it and when I told her to fax it I had to tell her to wait a little bit so I can find the fax number. She didn't realize I was still on the line and said "I'm just gonna hang up" to probably the receptionist next to her. I had to call back and she said she would fax it but it was never received by the office. Dr. Pauline is just as rude the symptoms that I told her about were not taken seriously. Dr. Commordaro is the only person I would recommend. He is the nicest person there with a smile on his face always. He listens and he never gets mad at the fact that he doesn't understand my mom clearly.

After waiting for forty minutes, I was explaining my symptoms to dr. Pauline only to have her laugh in the middle of it and make a sarcastic remark. She didn't to anything to help me Or understand what I was going through. She kept asking if I was pregnant instead of listening to me. Never again.
