Always enjoy Dr Petrovski! Shes seen me through 3 pregnancies and continues to provide amazing care throughout the years. She is thorough and kind and always remembers me and delivery of each of my kids. Love her!

My first appointment in 2021 was awful. The front office was rude and extremely unorganized. Scheduling was a nightmare! But she is GREAT! Went today and the overall experience was night and day! Everyone was friendly, appeared to be happy, very professional. So happy I gave it a new shot!

I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this practice’s front office staff! After several weeks of attempting to establish myself as a new patient for prenatal care, I was eventually denied care by two providers with no explanation. I could justify being denied as a new patient if I was only getting a routine exam, but considering I was transitioning prenatal care, they still denied me as a new patient with no rationale for the denial. I was strung along for over 6 weeks by this office and their new patient coordinator. I had been made aware that my original obstetrician was leaving her practice and began inquiring with this office and sent my medical records to them right after my 12-week appointment with my previous obstetrician. I was looking for a provider/hospital closer to my home. Anytime I called this office, I was sent directly to the new patient coordinator’s voicemail. I would leave a voicemail and wait a day or two for a call back. After a few days with no… call back, I would call again with the same result… a direct transfer to voicemail. After a week of no communication, I explained to the receptionist that I was pregnant and without care and needed to speak with an actual person. I eventually did speak with the new patient coordinator who said she had received my records and would be sending to the doctor for review. She also informed me that the billing department would be contacting me to discuss insurance coverage. I did speak with the billing department and discussed payment options, etc., but still continued to wait for a call back regarding the doctor’s review of my file. Once again, I called the office and left another voicemail. After multiple days of calling and leaving voicemails to no avail, I was eventually informed the doctor had been out on an emergency and would be back the following day to review my file. After 3 weeks of waiting on that doctor, I was told she would not be available for my delivery date and asked if there was another doctor I would like to see instead. I did choose another provider, but discovered she would be out on Spring Break all week and that I would have to follow up on her return. The Tuesday after spring break I called the office and no one answered. I attempted to call the office for 2 days with NO response from anyone; not even a receptionist or answering service. Being extremely frustrated, I finally resorted to calling the Labor & Delivery unit at Baylor Scott & White to explain my situation and for advisement on next steps since I was having no luck getting through to the office. The nurses were very compassionate and helpful letting me know they would pass along my information to the doctors & continue trying to call the office. That afternoon I eventually got through to a receptionist who told me the new patient coordinator was no longer in the office, so I requested the office manager. Typical for their office I was sent straight to voicemail and had to wait for a call back. I was called back later in the day from the office manager who was extremely rude. She stated the 2 nd doctor would not be able to take me on as a patient either. I asked why and she said she was not obligated to give a reason for why the doctor would deny me. I explained that I had been trying to become a new patient of their office for many weeks with terrible response times, but she had no helpful information or reasoning for me. She claims they had been training all week, that is why no one answered the phone for 2 days. At this point I was 19 weeks with no prenatal care and was treated so poorly by this office. I would not recommend ANYONE to this facility. I will now have to stress halfway thru my pregnancy to find a new obstetrician that is willing to take me on as a new patient – wish me luck.

my favorite doctor! she is always kind and personable. i had a rough pregnancy and she was careful and referred me to fetal specialists when needed. my c-section was smooth and i healed fantastically. her staff is wonderful and will return calls the same day- always!

It is difficult to get an appointment with her, but it is well worth the wait. She makes appointments easy and relates well with nervous patients. During an appointment, she addresses any concerns with clear answers and is open to discussing different treatments.

I had a high risk pregnancy and Dr. Petrovski was always available. She has a wonderful bedside manner and thoroughly answers my questions. She is conservative in her care and refers patients for second opinions when needed. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Petrovski is very professional and kind. I had a missed miscarriage and she was really sweet about it. I ended up getting a D&C and she performed it perfectly. Appointments are tough to get, especially on short notice.
