That Office is HORRIBLE the staff is the MOST RUD and UNPROFETIONAL in the word, they never answered the phones or you just get a busy signal and when you ask then the answer is: well we are a busy office, is really unreal you will never imaging that a Medical Office staff can ever act that way, I hope that they all get fire. Please don't use that Dr EVER I'm sorry for him but he need to put some rules in that place if he want to continued with his business. My wife was there ones and she refuse to come back again. Please don't go there no matter what is your insurance you always have another option.

Dr. Petrick was very helpful and his bedside manner was great. He was willing to work with us on scheduling and was very professional. Mika who works the front office was extremely helpful, from my first phone call to the office to scheduling surgery, she was so helpful and patient and understanding. She never seemed irritated at my endless questions and she made the whole experience easy. I would highly recommend this office to a friend. I would also recommend that the doctors make sure to keep Mika around because finding someone who can run a front office and handle insurance stuff and still be courteous and helpful to patients is hard to come by!
