Dr. Pearl Chu Kwong, MD

Total waste of time and money. Staff is incredibly rude and doctor seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. Seemed to have no knowledge of modern day treatment options.

Very impressed with Dr. Kwong’s presence as a Pediatric Dermatology. I was absolutely impressed with her efficiency, sense of humor and care for my son.

Dr. Kwong is very diligent in her work with my teenager’s many skin disorders. She takes the time to explain and listen to our concerns. I know doctors that go to her for their care as well and she can treat the whole family which I like. The only problem Dr Kwong has is the apathetic staff that answers the phone and checks you in. The receptionist is very blunt and has a pessimistic attitude on the job which does not pleasantly welcome customers on the phone or in person. She should be replaced with a cheerful, positive staff member that can better handle phone and visiting customers in a more socially acceptable manner.

Dr.Kwong is amazing and has more knowledge then anyone out there! Some people complain about her staff but honestly this office is just very busy so sometimes they are trying to get everything and everyone taken care of. Our son has been a patient there for 3+ years and I we love this practice, the staff and Dr.Kwong truly care about our family and are always there to help!

Dr. Kwong correctly diagnosed my daughter on the first visit after 2 years of incorrect diagnoses by other dermatologists (dermatitis herpetiformis/celiac). I will be forever grateful that she was familiar with this somewhat rare and difficult-to-diagnose condition. At the time we saw her (2014) her front desk staff was the worst I've ever seen (texting on her personal phone, while I was standing in front of her to check-in and again when I had a question when leaving). Hopefully Dr. Kwong has found better staff since then.

Dr. Kwong was referred at first by my son’s Pediatrician but we liked her and her office so much that we now our family sees her. She’s funny, thorough, didn’t take any chances with a questionable mole on my young son’s back. We highly recommend Dr. Kwong :)

Rude Staff! Worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office!

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Kwong and her staff. Always a pleasure to visit and have appointments. Helped tremendously with acne and works with you and actually listens to what you have to say.

I had a great experience with Dr. Pearl. She was very nice, answered all my questions. Fixed my son's problem and let me pay the following week. Her staff was really nice and I spent some time talking to her husband, I assume. He was very friendly. i didn't think the reminders on the wall was a big deal and my son loved to follow the footprints on the floor to the exit. I would definitely recommend her.
