Worst doctor that I have ever taken my child to. Seems to have a superiority complex and will degrade step parents and anyone who is not the biological parents of a child. Even if you have legal guardianship, she will not allow you to take child in. Don’t walk run away from this provider. She will do nothing but hurt your child’s progress.

dismissive. doesnt pay attention. i asked for a test for adhd and she told me she wouldnt even test me because she thinks that stimulants would just make things worse...I'd like an official diagnosis at least. frustrating to be dismissed like I don't know anything about my own mental health. wish i could get the help i need

Dr. Pearl Serinta does not listen to understand, but is quick to offer judgement and shame. You leave her office feeling as if you are a parent being scolded verses a parents seeking help for their child. She lacks on empathy, understanding and support. You do not feel as if you found a psychiatrist to support your family or your child for growth but instead feel as if you are walking on egg shells when you see her. She does act as advocate for the parents or child.

She is so caring and understanding. It was easy for me to open up to her.
