does not respond to emails.

Dr. Wu is the most compassionate doctor I have ever had. I had a little trouble explaining to her exactly what was wrong, and she showed patience, understanding, and reassurance. Her diagnosis and treatment was 100% accurate. Thank You, Dr. Wu.

Dr Wu was assigned to me as a new doctor. She never introduced herself via email and when I did contact her multiple times, I got no response and had to talk with an on-call doctor. When she finally responded to a message, she clearly had not read my note or medical records and copy and pasted a generic response with false and potentially un-safe advice. I would not recommend and have no idea how she still is working at Kaiser with all of these bad reviews.

Pearl Wu is the absolute worst in returning phone calls and emails that are important to me and my health. She’s a terrible listener and talks over you. You can not get a word in edgewise. However, she will sit in her office with you and ramble on as she’s typing in the computer, all the while getting the information wrong cause she NEVER read my emails with pertinent information. A week and a half later I was seen in the ER and seen by other doctors, because i couldn’t get a hold of her. I have no faith in her at all. Nothing like feeling abandoned. Do not use her!!!

Me and my husband had her as primary physician and were very dissapointed. We both went there for two different problems which she never found a solution or looks like wanted to help us. Wasted a lot of money and felt like she couldn't care less to help us with our health issues. Terrible way to investigate which were our problems, indeed she never find the cause.

Worst doctor I have ever met. No compassion, no communication skills, no desire to interact with or give positive patient care.

I worked in a hospital for 30 years interacting with therapists and physicians. When I joined Kaiser I was assigned Dr. Pearl Wu. At 2nd appointment she unjustly accused me of being incompetent to drive since I told her I got waylaid in morning traffic. She had no interest in my explanation and summarily took away my right to drive. I have an excellent driving record. She doesn’t deserve the title of Doctor.

Dr. Wu lacks the ability to be compassionate and does not take time to listen to her patient. She jumps to her own conclusions without thoroughly investigating what is going on with her patient. I was so upset by her and had to abruptly walk out.

She is the second worst doctor I have ever seen. I don’t understand why she rushed all the time. If she doesn’t like her job she can quit. Her behavior add more stress to patients. This is very unprofessional.
