Dr. Vivar Cruz diagnosed my fairly rare condition; he treated me so that I could walk again. I especially appreciate his caring.

At the appointment I felt like he understood my concerns, he gave me a few tests in office. Sent me for additional testing. He never called to discuss results. When I call to ask a question or leave a complaint about not being called I was never called back. I sent a portal message and the basic response was 'oh well go someplace else if you need'. He didn't address any of my actual issues, no plan of action. I was just supposed to take the test results to say there's nothing going on.

Did not pay attention, did not hear us.

I had a concussion with horrible headaches. Without testing he said “you have dementia “. Also he said I had an appointment last year. I did not! I said there are a lot of people with this name. He argued with me!?! Anyway he didn’t treat my concussion. I still have depth perception problems. At least he could learn better English.
