A Member of the Staff has a very bad attitude and unprofessional this was by A Medical Staff Member by the Name of Angie. One She violated My Clients Dr. Privilege and blatantly, Verbally spoke loudly as My Client was there to be seen, Told My Client They aren’t seeing any Metro Employees and She wasn’t was supposed to be in Their Office and denied My Client the right to be seen. This a form defamation of Charter, as well as discrimination Her rights of privacy. I am well aware of any previous alleged cases of Fraud. This Office and Staff took a Medical Oath and this had not taken place. Myself and My Client plan on going to The Medical Review Board and The Media, this needs to be prevent from occurring with any other potential Patients.

Dr.Peggy Taylor is a very caring doctor. She has been doing this for a long time so I feel confident in what she tells me and I have never felt so comfortable around a doctor. Her staff is very friendly, no matter how busy they are the al find a way to keep there spirits up!

Also adding anyone writes reveiw and gives 5 stars 4 or 3 or even a2 is covering up or complete moron ..visit takes average of 6 to 8 hours every single time ..

Nurse at desk is so mean ..dude...like on drugs but coming down off them ...doctor prescribes all and every type drug ..without any consultation ...get more red flags getting them filled and precautions than getting them on paper ...also if you need a change to that script or not get at all ...cannot because script pad cost 1000 dollars ...cannot change anything n worse of it all write dea ..call state Missouri and nothing can be done ...say they have 500 doctors in state system STL ..but really only about 7 and find only few take this branch of ins ..others don't have any openings ...450 don't even exist at all ....I compare this doctor office to an unrestricted drug dealing methadone clinic ...no rules ....I'm not patient but fiance I add and been coming here 12 years ...whole family addicted to opiates because peggy Taylor's.....Waiting in line counting cars each visit to argue about who's first like kinderfarden ....actually I'm waiting on mass shooting as this place is phyco… addict haven .. ..come see for yourself junkies n addicts half patients daily

Dr. Peggy B Taylor, I am writing to thank you for your excellent work. I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor sent 1970 have follow her 2019. Dr. Taylor I am recommended more than a good doctor you are a excellent , I value the fact that you were a good listener.You are more than being just professionals, I value the fact that your staff's caring attitude was exceptional.You are there for you patient when we are hurting .upset,sick. just need someone to talk to. Dr Taylor is in VERY high demand, because of her longstanding reputation, so getting-in might be a challenge.. but it must be worth it, because I've been her patient for over a decade and grateful

I personally love Dr. Taylor! the wait time is a little ridiculous. if you are willing to wait she is wonderful but if in a hurry I would go somewhere else.

This office provides incorrect procedure codes to your insurance company and once it is discovered will not correct the information and resubmit the claim to insurance for processing. I am stuck with a $1300 bill for an allergy test, I did not provide my consent to take. The insurance company agreed to pay the claim if the dr office would correct the coding and this office refused!

She's great her staff is pleasant, funny, and professional love everything about the establishment..
