Dr. Pei Gao, MD

All the 5 star reviews must be from friends and assistants to hype it up. The staff lacks the knowledge it takes to do a basic routine check up like taking someones blood. Kept poking around to find the vein. She end up asking the doctor to draw my blood. The annual exam was not thorough, didn't go through all the steps as my previous physician. Did not look into my ear, ask my so say "ahhhh! to check on the back of my throat or peek up my nose. She only spent 10 minutes on me as a new pt. Need I say more? Don't be fooled by their rating, never coming back.

I wish I could give zero star. The front desk keep calling the NP, Dr. Wang. They just want to cheat the patients. She is just a nurse practitioner! Do you know that a NP are pay less than the doctor for service render? Wonder how they bill the insurance when one see the so call "Dr. Wang." No wonder the practice is empty during my visit. There is a reason. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Very dishonest practice!!!

She is a responsible and professional doctor. She is very patient with me and takes initiative to make sure I am doing well. Her office is comfortable and clean, and her staff are friendly and hard working. Well deserving of 5 stars!

Who would really bother to emphasize "change out entire staffs" ? Rude staff during my visit. No greeting of hello when walk in, typical of Chinese medical office. Tone is frustrated when asking more questions. Most patients used medicaid and medicare which mostly do not have copay. THEREFORE, Agree with below comment of Aug 4th.

To be honest, today was my first time to see the doctor. It was really a bad experience. I didn't have copay. So everything I talk about this doctor is true. She was not a good doctor at all. The below comment looks like their medical office's member gave comment by themselves. Not recommended this doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Gao for three years now. She's actually great at her job. The bad reviews that I've read below are likely from patients that refuse to pay copay/medical expenses or those that refuse to comply to treatment. I had witnessed as I was sitting in the waiting room, one time, the front desk had nicely asked for this girl's copay. (They have changed out their entire staff) However she refused and kept denying there was any also saying that all the Dr. Gao wanted was the money and that she didn't receive any medical services. Blah blah blah.She made a huge ruckus and both the doctor and the staff tried to accommodate her. So honestly, I just think people need to relax. Most of the time, it's the patient, not the doctor. If you don't want to pay the copay, don't go to the doctor's office. I give her a five stars, she deserves it. So does the staff.

excellent staff, very vibrant and friendly. this office is very welcoming. the doctor had great bedside manner and she really interacts with you well. The wait time wasn't much at all. I really enjoyed coming to this doctor.
