Dr. Peiying Xiao, MD

Dr. Xiao has a large, cohesive team which works like a well -oiled machine. I find his clinic super efficient, his supporting staff curteous, patient & even-tempered.

My Dad, Mom & I all was/are Dr. Xiao's patients. Mom would repeatedly mention to us that Xiao Pei-Ying is a good man. She recommended my hubby go see Dr. Xiao. Hubby, a heart attack survivor, nevertheless, goes back to his former gastroenterologist unwittingly, to avoid a cardiologist's approval paperwork required by Dr. Xiao. In contrast to Dr. Xiao, hubby's doctor doesn't care much about medical history, does not require adult companion home for after-care sedated patients, does not have someone call to inquire into post-procedure wellbeing of the patient. To be fair, Dr. Xiao is highly efficient when it comes to colonoscopy & like procedures, but he does not rush the processes and is very thorough and careful, unlike the previous doctor my father unfortunately encountered. It was Dr. Xiao who uncovered my father's cancer. He called ambulance right away in light of perforation risks, stayed by my parents' side and patiently awaited other family members' arrival. That happened 6+ yrs… ago, and I still remain grateful towards Dr. Xiao for his gentleness. As Mom says---Dr. Xiao is a good man!
