I had a concerning experience with this provider. I felt my symptoms were not fully evaluated, and I was given a diagnosis that later turned out to be incorrect after seeking a second opinion. I hope more thorough assessments are provided in the future to avoid situations like this for other patients. I would not recommend this doctor based on my visit. He was not friendly or welcoming either!

Great doctor with very good staff

2016 After 1 day under his care and still hospitalized for a knee replacement he just performed, received a flesh eating infection called: Necrotizing fasciitis.which neither he nor the hospital found until days later when I was in danger of dying from it. 3 feet of skin,some down to the muscle were removed from my right leg under 2 emergency surgeries, including removing the replaced knee. While my symptons worsened, Blood test was never ordered or taken to check for elevated levels which would have pointed to infection. While Dr Boone is enjoying his life and has surely moved on, in 2019 I have a fused leg, am recovering from 4th surgery in new york city to fix the damage caused by this surgery Presently, I use a walker and a wheel chair, am going thru a painful leg lengthening procedure. I strongly suggest you stay as far away from this doctor as possible.

I have been suffering from hip pain for over two years. I went to see Dr. Boone; after looking at my Xrays he said my choices were: pain medication (I did not want to experience the side effects of this option); religiously exercise my hip (I am very poor at exercising ANYTHING) or a cortisone injection (I've heard scary stories about this painful option). After a few more months of pain, I decided to take the shot. Scared out of my wits Dr. Boone assured me it would not hurt. To my surprise, he sprayed my hip to numb the area, then injected the cortisone. He was right. It was quick, painless and I recommend Dr. Boone to anyone who is hesitant about taking a cortisone shot. HE IS GREAT!!

Seems they had a problem with scheduling, however they were able to fit us right in.

This was my second hip replacement but my first with Dr Boone. I cannot say enough about his expertise, time spent answering questions, and genuine concern for my health before, during, and after he surgery. The entire experience was remarkably improved from my last. Great doctor. Great man.

Very efficient doctor who is an excellent diagnostician. He does not waste time but goes directly to the problem and to a plan to alleviate the problem. I appreciate the fact that he diagnosed me quickly and was compassionate about the pain to which I was suffering. I am feeling much better and have a better outlook for my own future. At 81, my dad sliped and broke his right hip. He is now 82 and could not be better.Dr. Boone repaired his hip almost a year ago, and dad has made a swift, complete recovery. Careing, professional, Knowledgeable. Just totaly excellent.Thank you Doctor Boone !
