Dr. Peter Edward Bressler, MD

I have been calling last three days for an appointment. Faxed the referral letter. Lady over the phone lied and said that she didn’t get it. Later said , they got it and she will scall back. Never returned the call for appointment. I do not know what they are doing. Are they here for a service or are they here doing me a favor ?

Dr Bressler is extremely knowledgeable and a clear and concise communicator.

My husband sees this "doctor" for this Type 1 Diabetes. We have been trying for over a month to get a prescription for test strips. First the strips we wanted that work with his Medtronic pump - our insurance would not cover. So we reached out to the office to see if they could get this taken care of (as my son's Endo had done so he could get the same prescription). They claimed they had no idea what my husband was talking about even though this is a common practice with dr's offices and insurance companies. We gave up that fight and now are trying to get the prescription for my husband's test strips for the brand our insurance will LET us use even though it won't directly work with the insulin pump. My husband goes to pick up said prescription from CVS and the office sent in a prescription for a new glucometer, and lancets but NOT THE STRIPS !! We are going on two months paying for strips out of our own pocket because of the incompetence of this staff. Very frustrated and unhappy and… there is no way to reach them via email only by phone and that does no good because there is no paper trail to verify these MULTIPLE phone conversations we have had with this "STAFF". Do not use this doctor !!

Dr Bressler always spends adequate time addressing my tests and any other concerns. He is very prompt when informing me of a test result.

His office staff failed to call in refills, notify me that I needed to make an appointment, wouldn't return my phone calls inquiring about refills, called in the wrong prescription, put me on hold then put me in voicemail then said I hung up on them. He was fine - his staff is the reason I will never recommend him. I did nothing wrong, yet they are telling me that I need to find another doctor. Very unprofessional.

Dr Bressler discusses the treatment plan very well and gives you choices in terms of medication.

He is extremely attentive & detail oriented. Great doctor.

Dr. Bressler's staff was exceptionally rude. When I asked for a copy of my labs I was told they were on a break and I would have to wait even though the tests were on a desk by the window in which I was speaking. Bressler came into the exam room and began to read his notes on my chart without so much as a hello. After waiting for some time as he went over these notes, I asked a few questions. Left there not knowing anymore than when I first came in and felt I had been a bother to ever come to the office. He needs to stay in research as dealing with the public is not his forte.

Had initial appt. with Dr. Bressler today. Know something about physicians, since I have around them for all my adult life. He listens well, communicates well, make good decisions, and is very thorough. Very pleased with my initial visit.

Dr. Bressler is fantastic-professional, knowledgeable and personable-what more can you hope for?
