Nice office, Nice staff, & above all excellent care provided

Zero stars! I made an appointment with Dr. Burk over 2 weeks ago. I went to my appointment today. When I arrived at the building, the doorman told me: "Dr. Burk left last week. Several patients have come asking for him, but he left." I called the office, but I only encountered a voice message. I can't judge Dr. Burk's medical skills, as I was never given the chance to see him. However, I can warn others to avoid my mistake. No one wants to waste time. Everyone's time is precious, especially during working hours. The fact that no one called to cancel my appointment shows the lack of professionalism from his office.

Dr. Burk arrived in the office 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time. Total wait time 1 hour 25 minutes. According to other patients waiting, this is quite usual. The good Doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me. I do appreciate when my time is respected. Will not go back.

would definitely recommend dr burke and his staff.They looked after me so well and his nurse mary followed up with me and was available when i needed to ask questions an was always so helpful.
