Doctor Chang is a miracle worker in my opinion. He was recommended to me by 2 women who worked with me. The first, he was able to assist with 2 successful pregnancies. The other woman was 49 years old and had tried multiple times to conceive without success. Dr. Chang helped her to conceive the first time with him. I was able to conceive on our first round of IVF, too. I also recommend him to another woman after my success. He was able to help her with 2 pregnancies, also. Unfortunately, one ended in miscarriage, but the second resulted in a beautiful healthy boy. I have a beautiful healthy girl, thanks to Dr. Chang! I was 40 when I got pregnant with her. Highly recommend!!

I have a beautiful son and another one on the way thanks to Dr. Chang. I met him three years ago when my husband and I had issues getting pregnant. He made us feel his course of action was the best way to go. I got pregnant on the first try. There is not enough thank yous that I could shower him and his staff.

Dr. Peter L Chang is very open and honest. He takes pride in what he does and is very confident and successful (he will get you pregnant). The office staff was friendly and helpful. This office was the most affordable I found in NYC.

Doctor Chang has a process in place, 3 IUI before you can get IVF. You must follow it regardless of your diagnosis. After 3 unsuccessful IUI our medical insurance changed and Doctor Chang didn't take the new one. We reached out to 2 other clinics which were in network and gave them the medical history from Doctor Changs office. To our surprise, after looking less than 5 minutes at the sperm count provided by Doctor Chang, 2 different doctors told us the same. It will be IMPOSSIBLE for an IUI to work and get pregnant with this sperm count. These two doctors advised us to go for an IVF, as this was our only option to have a successful pregnancy. Due to Doctor Chang's inflexible treatment process we end up reaching our life maximum on our insurance and having pay out of pocket the IVF treatments By the way, IFV worked and our beautiful daughter was born

Dr Chang lacks bedside manner and is easily dismissive of any input you may have regarding your care. He cares little about you as an individual patient and frequently forgets your treatment history and the major details of your case. He confused me with a different patient several times. on a more practical level, His group says they're open at 8am, however his staff routinely arrives after 8:15. They also say dr Chang can see patient for morning monitoring as early as 8:30 but not once was I seen earlier than 9:00 or 9:15 when I arrived for an 8:30am appointment. Save yourself time and stress - go somewhere else if you want to be treated like human being and want to be on time for work....

I have had a great experience with Dr. Chang and his staff. I went to Dr. Chang's office after having a very disappointing experience at RMA. Dr. Chang has a direct approach which might not be for everybody, for us it was what we wanted. He is very knowledgeable, smart and provided the right advice/recommendation for our situation. Dr. Chang's staff is very friendly and helpful. Yan has great follow up and is very patient and understanding. I felt even though I called frequently with questions she was always responsive and patient with me. Wait time is minimal if any. They do a good job in scheduling. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Chang and his staff. He came highly recommended by 2 of his old patients. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and professional; he is a no nonsense and straight to the point doctor. He was the perfect doctor for me because I was determined to a mother. After 2 failed IUIâ??s, I went straight to IVF. The whole team was well balanced. While Dr. Chang didn't talk much; he made all the important decisions while his RN, Yan, did all the diligent follow up work. Yan was always very patient, detailed oriented and sincere and always took the time to address all my concerns. The receptionist, Cynthia was always very helpful and kind. I am very grateful to Dr. Chang and his team because now I am the proud mother of 2 kids: girl born in 2009 with fresh FET and son born in 2013 with frozen FET. I recommended Dr. Chang to my older sister and she conceived 2 boys with IUI. I highly recommend Dr. Chang!!!

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for compassion.

I have never had such a disconnected experience with a doctor as my husband and I did with Dr. Peter Chang. My husband and I have been experiencing trouble getting pregnant for the last 2 years and due to my insurance Dr. Chang was my only option at the time to see for infertility and reproductive advice. In my consultation with him he was very short, did not want to be bothered with questions I had regarding previous tests I had endured from my GYNO and then ordered my husband and I to have the same tests my gynecologist had already conducted. As a too trusting patient I took his advice without doing my research. The last procedure I had with him my husband was with me, but Dr.Chang would not permit him into the office to hold my hand while going through this extremely invasive procedure. As a woman going through this already tough time of trying to discover what is wrong with your reproductive system. You want your loved ones by your side. I was extremely uncomfortable. When the… procedure was finished and the Dr. Had the results of the sonogram he invited my husband into the office. He begin to explain I needed to have an MRI . My husband and I asked why? What was the problem? Was this necessary ? Was this issue something that could inhibit us from conceiving? Dr. Chang gave no definitive answers and then yelled at my husband and said " didn't you hear what I just said. We can talk about it after the MRI " " no this will not inhibit you from having kids, it's not cancer, but I would like to take a further look". I was infuriated at the lack of bed side manners this person who calls himself a doctor had. And decided not to return to his office. In my best interest of my families future I sought out to gain a second option . My new doctor who is wonderful had requested that I obtain MY medical records to follow up on procedures that had already taken place. After filling out a request form 3 weeks ago I still have not received my own documentation from the practice. When I phoned yesterday to inquire what the hold up was. I was put on hold for 10 min and then convent lay hang up on by their admin. This place is a complete joke. And please ladies beware this is not the place you want to begin your journey to start another life. Dr. Chang is definitely in the wrong business. A people person he is not!
