Dr. Peter Jen-Ping Chuang, MD

Dr. Peter Chuang saw my sister and my nephew's mom on 11/29/2021 and he had it scheduled it see her once a year, but he never made an appt for 11/22 and now it is already 3/23. We are looking at other Kaiser facilities than Woodland Hills to find a different Geriatric doctor. Dr. Chuang found it difficult to relate to her due to psychological issues that she has besides the dementia. She is under the care of a psychiatrist, who has assisted us enormously with her. Dr. Chuang never seemed to be able to handle someone like my sister and my nephew's mom whenever we came to the appt as she is much more complicated and that is why we believe he has never made the follow-up appt. It is his responsibility to do the follow-up as her geriatric doctor, and he failed in her care, and we must go to someone else to find what we need.

Dr. Chaung is Very caring, and takes the time to listen to his patients.
