According to us we think they have a scream to get the patient to pay with a credit card instead of waiting for the insurance company to settle the bill. The secretary which was not cooperating at all refused twice to give us a line to call our insurance .... They pretended they never received the fax from our insurance which we found false . Please beware of the scam..... The only good side of this clinic is the doctor who performed the injection on my wife . Thank you doctor Dan Delmont for caring . the rest of the staff deserve no other comments.

After a lot of confusion went in for PRP, dr out of office do to his own surgery, so I agreed to let the PA do the procedure. Well, to be short I came home a black and blue, bloody swollen mess!! No one has followed up with me to see if I was even alive. Had did not even get the PRP. Now I am so traumatized by the 9 needle jams and soreness I freak at the thought of giving blood for anything!!

Why do doctors offices believe their time is more valuable than mine. This is the 3rd visiting & we are still waiting after 30 minutes. The 1st two visits were ad bad. This is unacceptable

Worse doctor I have ever come in contact with. I have worked in the medical field for 30 years and have never had my needs ignored the way he did. His care was terrible. I would not recommend him anyone!!!!!!!!!!

Exceptional care by doctor. Staff is so nice, always smiling. They really care for your health. Keep up the great work!
