He affects an Irish lilt that he seems to think is oh so cute but I suspect that it's simply a ruse to destract from his contempt for his patients. Don't bother to give him any inputr unless you want to become the object of his scorn and laughter. I've never met another doctor with worse listening skills and I'm 68. My impression is that he is thewre to discourage people from availing County Health Services. I know that that tactic is effective and successful in my case.

The main thing is this: "He just doesn't care". The second thing is he always says"there is nothing we can do, you are old". Thirdly, I guarantee he will spend at least 90 seconds on a so-called examination, then interrupt you before you can describe any details or ask any questions, then rush out of the office leaving you feeling like he has a personal grudge against you and the whole hospital and that he hates his job. He is IMPOSSIBLE to reach with any questions, I spent 3 weeks to get one answer, was ignored by a) his voicemail system b) his nurse assistant's voicemail c) personal visits to reception leaving message d) personal visit leaving note requesting him to contact me e) MyHealthOnline website messages. All were simply ignored. He seems to have zero knowledge, could not spell my medical condition properly, does not listen, does not care if you suffer, and selfishly ingores your pain. He also wrote incorrect information in their online website about me without verifying… it and discussing it with me. The info was removed by another doctor and he put it back without discussing it with me. The other doctor was a real doctor who actually spent time to get the info and facts right. This man is joke and I have complained to Sacramento and hope that the proper agency will censure him and have him retrained and reminded about how to be an authentic doctor. He is like having no doctor at all, except you waste months of your life suffering because of his unprofessional lack of knowledge and action.
