I am forever grateful to Dr. Finamore for the remarkable care and kindness he showed me. My surgery was on September 22, 2025, and from the very first visit, he treated me not just as a patient, but as a person who truly mattered. His patience, compassion, and willingness to listen helped calm my fears before surgery. I had an interior posterior repair, suburethral sling placement, and cystoscopy to correct bladder incontinence and strengthen pelvic support. The procedure went smoothly, and I experienced no complications. Healing took time, but I never felt alone during the process. The results have given me a new beginning. Being able to run, sneeze, and laugh again without leakage has restored my confidence and brought joy back into the simple, everyday moments of my life. I did read some comments about the wait time, but I truly believe that when it comes to your health, finding a truly good doctor is worth waiting for. My life was happy and fulfilled until Dr. Finamore performed five separate procedures robotically at one time. With severe complications and pain after surgery I ask Dr. Finamore for help who was unable to diagnose me and referred to my pain as a muscle spasm. So far, I had to have two revision surgeries, one in Atlanta and the other in LA. He refused to complete disability papers or release medical records. At this point, he advised me to "contact an attorney" because that is why "he has malpractice insurance".

To any one suffering from pelvic organ prolapse, Dr. Finamore is the Doctor to see. My surgery was less than three weeks ago and I can say all the pressure I felt in the past is gone.. Dr. Finamore made me feel secure in my decision to have surgery at age 73. He was informative in explaining every detail of the surgery . He is AMAZING. Can truly not fine words to express what a good experience I had. ALL of his staff is warm and courteous. Michele (NP) is the best. So grateful for all of them including the staff at Southside Hospital. Life is Good.

Dr. Finamore changed my life! I was crippled by pelvic floor pain and with his care and physical therapy, I was able to resume a normal life style.

In 2015 Dr Finamore performed DaVinci Robotic Assisted surgery on me for a bladder prolapse-He is kind, patient and took his time to explain the surgical procedure beforehand. In my experience His office staff was courteous and wait time minimal. The PA Michelle Angel is also a gem..she assisted in the surgery.
