Dr. Peter James Gkonos, MD

He was incredibly dismissive. He didn't bring my chart into the room because mt TSH was normal and said he gets people all the time who have a normal TSH and still don't feel good and he can't do anything for them. He treated me like I was wasting his time. I was paying to be there. Plus they got over 300.00 from my insurance. He's really rude and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

He was very considerate and has an excellent "bedside manner".

Office staff ,takes 10to15 rings to answer phone if they answer at all. My drug store (cvs ) cannot contact them .I've had It'

Dr. Gkonos is somewhat reserved, but very knowledgeable. If you go well-prepared with your questions and concerns, you will have a great visit. The waiting times can be a little long depending on when you go, but chock that up to a general shortage of doctors and high demand during peak hours. I would recommend Dr. Gkonos to anyone seeking a competent, professional endocrinologist.
