Do NOT believe what he says. He coerced me into surgery. He said “if it were my friend I would do it”. On the day of surgery, I expressed to him that I did not want to go through with it. He said “Cmon, of course you do”. DO NOT go with him. He induced psychological trauma that I’ll maybe never recover from: he just wants to go up in his medical ladder.

Couldn’t be more please with Dr Grossi and his whole staff! I highly encouraged anyone with back issues to make an appointment and have him see what can be done. After suffering from debilitating back pain I am now back doing what I love, surfing! Thank you Dr. Grossi and staff as well as Duke Raleigh hospital for your awesome service!

My husband and I saw Dr Grossing today in regard to my balance issues and headaches. He was thorough in his explanation of the disc degeneration in my neck. He explained the pros and cons of the surgery without pushing it. We were impressed. Surgery scheduled in July.

Dr.Grossi was great..He took all the time I needed to answer my questions and find the treatment that is best for me..

Dr Grossi has an excellent reputation. I wanted only the best to do my lumbar fusion surgery. I am now 6 weeks post op and I feel great. His staff was attentive and answered questions/calls same day. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Dr. Grossi was not the first neurosurgeon to review my MRI. Once I found out that I needed surgery I asked friends in the medical community who I should go to for surgery. Dr. Grossi was the name that I heard most often. After my first visit, I could understand why. He took a considerable amount of time to explain the surgery, to answer questions and to address my concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest treatment plans. My neck pain has gone from a daily 7-10 on the pain scale to a zero!

Dr Grossi and his staff are outstanding. He is very personable and spends a lot of time explaining your diagnosis and the procedure as well as the outcomes. Since my surgery I have been totally pain free for the first time in many years. He is an exceptional surgeon with a great bedside manner and has a full understanding of the goals and the needs of me as an individual. His staff was great as well. It is well worth the wait as he spend as much time with you as you need. I highly recommend this very talented surgeon.

Just a special thank you to Dr Grossi & his PA Anne -- had serious cervical spine issue and am doing much better now. Cannot thank him enough -- Duke is fortunate to have Dr Grossi on their TEAM! His whole demeanor is patient oriented -- his staff TERRIFIC! Just many many THANKS to an Excellent doctor & kind man!!!
