The doctor and his nurses are very rude and unprofessional to my newborn baby

Dr. Hwan was great, both for normal checkups and also when our son had jaundice about a week after birth. When we called him to ask if we should take our son to urgent care, he responded to our phone call within about 20 minutes. He was also very polite and willing to answer questions at all of our son's routine check ups. I would I highly recommend Dr. Hwan.

Our son has something like eczema that we want to see doctor. Our primary doctor wasn't available so we chose to see Dr Peter Hwan. However, it was a nightmare. He said something about "I am not sure what it is on the neck, the dots on cheek seems to be eczema" then he asked us to apply optical steroid on all area, including the area he was not sure. Is this really a doctor? or a student? His attitude was very rude too. Our 2 month checkup is a few days away. so we asked if we can do it all together. He declined it very rudely.
