Terrible. His staff is an incompetent as he is

Dr. Kaufer is so kind and caring. He goes above and beyond to assure i leave his office with a smile. There is sometimes a wait but it's because everyone assures they get their visit in with him because he's so good. I've heard people say, "he's wroth the wait!" And i agree. He's very good at explaining and reassuring to any and all situations. I also have to say the staff in his office are also very kind and work with you. If they cant help you, they make sure they get someone that can. No office is perfect but this one makes you feel wanted and satisfied, my money is always well spent here.

Very sharp Doctor

Dr. Kaufer is excellent in terms of all my experience as a surgical patient of his. I had a perfect recovery and outcome from lens replacement (cataract surgery). Follow-up was complete and continuing care is also excellent. He now monitors my Giant Cell Arteritis.

I found Dr. Kaufer to be a cold, insensitve and uncaring man who seemed more interested in proving his surgery was successful than in my pain after. I ultimately released him and took my records away. I do not recommend him. He simply did not care about me as a patient.
