He hurt me and didn’t seem to know how to operate the machine he used.

I have been very happy with my appointments/procedures with Dr. Malouf. I feel he is very competent in his field.

I had a "jowl" lift. No pain, no discomfort, during or after. No muscles were cut therefore healing time was about 2.5 weeks. I lost about 10 years off my face. Love it..

Dr. Malouf and his staff are excellent! They are very friendly and professional. They are very caring and take the steps necessary to make sure that your problems are solved.

Dr. Malouf caught a tiny skin cancer on my face. He caught it so early and did surgery to remove it and my scar is barely noticable.

I actually had an appt in their Dallas office recently and it seemed to be a fairly busy day. That being said, I waited only 15-20 min in the lobby and maybe ten min in the room. I had a biopsy come back as a skin cancer, and was pretty upset. His bedside manner was comforting and he was very informative. I returned the following week for a surgery and the entire office staff was so nice. The surgery went smooth and Dr. Malouf really made me feel at ease. For my first time to have skin cancer, I can really say that he has my vote. I highly recommend him!!

I would not recommend wasting your money on this doctor. Find another dermatologist who actually cares. I went in to see this doctor for three problems, and he spent maybe less than 5 minutes with me after I had waited for close to an hour. He was basically a jerk to me. Lots of problems at the pharmacy with getting my prescriptions covered. DO NOT ATTEND THIS DOCTOR.

Although Dr Malouf may be a very good surgeon ... I can't say. Thankfully I had e'nuff red flags to RUN as fast as I could from this Dr. I urge 'eveyone' seeking help with Skin Cancer to RUN!Most unprofessional Dr's office I have ever in my life delt with. And to include all THREE of his office locations. Wayyyyy to much went wrong to spend my time listing. I expect if you have delt with him at all you will get (or have) the same attitude!

Completed a records release authorization noting that I would like to pick up the records as soon as they became available. Called to check on status of records after a couple of weeks and was put through to Suzie's voicemail twice in one week and never received a return phone call. No excuse for unreturned call. When I did get through to her she was very dismissive and said something about putting the records in the mail. I reminded her that I had indicated on the release form that I wanted to pick them up ASAP. She said they would be ready the following Monday. I asked her to call me as soon as they were ready and Monday came and went without a phone call. On Tuesday I called and left a message with the Office Manager and was called back and informed they were ready to be picked up. This experience was very frustrating. I will not be returning to this office and would never recommend them to anyone.
