I saw Dr. McIver for his entire time at Kingston family practice and would highly recommend him. I miss having him as my primary care. Not happy with new Dr. Who replaced him.

Called the office to set up an appointment for them to be my primary and was on hold for a half an hour and didn't even get a chance to talk to anybody. Beyond unprofessional.

Dr, Peter Mciver has been my family doctor for 30 years. My family has had quite a few serious medical issues and he has been so professional, caring and attentive, and of course, knowledgeable as well as humble enough to refer you to other professionals who he believed could enhance diagnosis and treatment. I recommend Dr. McIver with no hesitation.

Every time I visit this doctor blames all my medical problems (implies blame) on the fact that I am a woman. He also suggests that all my ailments are mental. Other specialist doctors I have seen have taken blood tests with results that indicate a serious medical problem. He questions these results and as said above reasons that these issues are caused by my being female/mentally weak.I have other female family members who have gotten a similar response from this doctor.
