Visit was great and Dr Michaelson explained everything to me. I am very satisfied with the nose procedure. My nose was broken when I was a baby and I have suffered with it for 78 years. I was always afraid of surgery, but this procedure was great. My daughters father-in-law had it done by Dr Michaelson and is very pleased. GREAT GREAT GREAT

Overcharges, even fraudulent charges! Previously he had prescribed meds, so I went in for a follow up visit to see if they worked. He looked up my nose with a simply otoscope and charged me (and insurance) $500 (under a "surgery" category), while also charging an office visit cost of $190. So they charged me 2.5 times the cost of an office visit to do a quick look up my nose! Seems like an ENT would routinely look into people's noses and ears with this tool. I asked for a review of the charges and they refused to remove/change it. So beware of this doctor and office! Do not let them look into mouth/nose/ear without getting an exact cost before they do! Also felt he was leading me to surgery before getting all the necessary information, boasted about doing at least 5 surgeries a week, and made a comment that I was going to meet my insurance deductible anyways.

I was referred by my doctor to see Dr Michaelson. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00am. At 9:30 I was called back by someone that was going to do a hearing test and some other test that I had no idea That I was having done. It would have been nice to see the doctor first. When I did finally meet him, he wanted to order 3 more test With a return appointment! Do you think I'm made of money! what a joke!

He is a good doctor but he seems more like a salesman who pushed me into a balloon sinuplasty like he was receiving a kick back. When the procedure did not help me he turned into a real doctor who was serious about helping
