What a waste of time and money. I received more information on the internet. To top it all, the prescription I was given was an over the counter product. Thank goodness his front desk associate was really kind and considerate. Her check in and out demeanor was the best thing about the visit.

I saw Dr. Minneci at MedExpress Pantops. Everyone at that facility was amazing, friendly, and took my concerns very seriously until I saw him. He wasn't overtly mean, but he made me feel really demeaned by not taking my concerns seriously, doubting some of my symptoms, and not listening to me when I corrected some of his inaccurate statements about my symptoms. Also, him standing over me and talking so forcefully as I was sitting well below him in a chair made me feel even more overwhelmed and demeaned. He is probably a wonderful doctor but he should really consider his bedside manner.
