This office is the home of the 8 minute office visit ( the new standard ). 4 minutes seeing the patient, and 4 minutes of typing in the file after you are pushed out the door. SSM must be smiling, rubbing its hands together, and licking its lips....Lots of $$$$$$$$ for poor quality health care.

I went in & told the nurse what all I was seeing Dr. Montgomery that day. When he came in he asked what I was in for, looked at it perscribed me some things & said ok have a great day. I didn't expect that & told him what else I came in for. He cursed in coversation with me which I found very unprofessional, which I'm assuming he did to relate to my age group (I'm 26). Then when I told him the final thing he got frustrated with me & told me that I need to tell him what all I was coming in for. I explained to him that I told the nurse which I assumed would be translated to the doctor. He explained to me that, that's not the case & he doesn't know why patients tell nurses information besides the stats that they are supposed to take. He was frustrated because I think he had to recode the visit. So I call back 5 days later on a Monday for my test results, come to find out he's on vacation all week & another doctor will review them & call me back. Of course this ended up being more serious… than I originally thought & they gave me comfort or no real direction on care besides perscribing me medication. Then I get a call back 2 days later from a nurse asking me about a completely different condition that I never even was seen for. I inform her & she states that she'll send the doctor a message. I feel that there is a huge lack of personal care there, I felt more like a medical record number. I will be seeing a new doctor from here on out.

On 2 separate occassions I had test conducted per Dr. Montogomery. I had to call his office on both cases to find out the results. He is very quick when being seen in the office and does not explain things very well. Most of the office staff is unprofessional and there is no follow up whatsoever from the practice.

I like Dr. Montgomery's concern for patients and his personality. I have never had any trouble getting in to him within a day or two if I have a problem. In fact that is one reason I switched to him as my primary care doctor.

I love the patient log that u can log into to and have access to scripts and records. The staff is so quick and responds to all my needs. I am very pleased and praise them every email.Dr is wonderful,patient,and willing to do tests needed to diagnose issues right away.

I have never been treated so poorly by a doctors office. Not only one time, but twice in the same issue I was made feel like my situation did not matter. I will randomly get urinary tract infections, and they come on very strong. I was first told to call my dermatoligist for medication,cause I was just there to see them. Then when called back because dermatoligist could not prescribe less for that. Which i knew. Dr. Montgomerys office told me to go to urgent care.... I have never been so confused. I was told I was due in for a yearly checkup, which I have never had to do that before. Had I been told that I would, have went in, but they couldn't get me in for 2 days. I have again never got the run around and treated so unprofessionally by a doctors office. Like I said not once but twice. So frustrating to deal with uncaring individuals when your in pain, and just need help.

Dr. Montgomery is a VERY nice guy, but I just don't think that he is that great of a doctor. In the past, he has diagnosed me with a condition which can only be determined through blood work. He never ordered any blood work. Come to find out about a week later, the symptoms I was experiencing were just caused by the birth control I was taking at the time. I had to find this out from the pharmacist and not through him. It bothered me that he was so quick to hand out pills without really trying to solve the problem other ways. I feel that he focuses more on the symptoms than my health as a whole. My visits always seemed to be, "Take these pills, and you'll be fine" sort of thing. There are a few things that I like about him. He is very easy to talk to and very personable. I have met many arrogant doctors, and he is not one of them. Also, he is very good at handing out samples if you don't have the money. He is a really caring person, but I just feel better switching to another primary… care doctor.

The staff is horrible - they are unbelievably rude. This doctor is NEVER on time and is inconsiderate of others. You can't even get him to be on time for the FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY!!!! He also spends more time talking about himself than listening to patients and has NO communication skills. He is terrible!
