Dr. Peter Lockard Row, MD

This "physician" is rude, dismissive and incompetent. He saw my daughter at Portsmouth Regional ER, where she went after being drugged at a bar. She was vomiting, dehydrated and lethargic. After waiting 4 hours to be seen, he did no bloodwork, gave her one nausea pill, told her not to drink so much next time and sent her on her way. Treated her like garbage. The hospital said that he met their standard of care. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Terrible human, much less doctor.

Very dissmissive with the worst bedside manor ever. He barely came by and one of the nurses had to tell me he talked to my main doctor. I came in for heart attack like symptoms. He didn't listen when I said I had chest pain, he actually dared ask the question, "It was just pallpitation, no chest pain right?"When I corrected him he said nothing. I was released without ever knowing why I had my symptoms or if I should be worried about more heart attack signs. I called my carsiologist and I'm waiting on her to tell me if I'm in danger because he will only treat you, no more no less.

Rude, dismissive,uncaring and unprofessional. Didn't 't come to talk to us for 5 hours and then when he did he didn't even come into the room. Just stood in the doorway. When told my 88 year old father was having a severe pain in his side ( which the doctor had not been informed of before) he didn't even examine him. When told by us that the course of treatment he prescribed wouldn't work on our father (this was based on several past experiences and treatment courses at this very same hospital) he just shrugged his shoulders and left.
