I went to Dr. Seraphin after reading all the positive reviews. I did not find himto be detail oriented and I found him to be lacking kindness and comassion.

Staff and Dr. Seraphin are first class and treat you with kindness and dignity. Hardest part is making it to procedure —your in good hands from there.

Dr Seraphin has a great friendly,professional manner. I was there for a procedure that i was very nervous about and he made me feel very comfortable and safe

Dr. Seraphin is a real Professional. He is very personable and goes out of his way to explain procedures and next steps for treatments.

I met with Dr Seraphin who is not my usual gastroenterologist on an emergency basis. He listened to my problem, never hurried me either. He recorded some tests my primary Dr had ordered, he offered a sample of medicine to try and made an emergency appointment for me to see my original gastroenterologist since he is most familiar with my condition. He made sure I was ok to wait a few days. His personality is very relaxing yet he was very thorough with my exam. I highly recommend Dr Peter Seraphin, my experience with him was great!!

Doctor Seraphin is very good and has a good bedside manner. The problem is the staff at his office. I've spoken to several and they are very unfriendly. Additionally, they are not good about returning phone calls. In fact, if you do by chance talk to a staff member they act like they're doing you a favor. This is unfriendliest office staff I've ever met. They are just as unfriendly and unwelcoming in person as they are over the phone. It's unfortunate for the doctors at this office because I'm sure they are losing patients as a result of their snotty staff with attitudes. Sharon, the nurse, is the only nice one there.
