Kayla is a rockstar! She goes out of her way to help me all the time with scheduling and medication refills It can get hard for people with disability but Kayla makes sure to work with you. Randy is also amazing at what she does and she will make you feel better in 1 visit love love love this office

Knows his medicine, very nice manner

Let me start off by saying Plantation Medical Clinic and the staff at this office are the most kind and endearing people I’ve ever encountered. They do everything they can to ensure you’re well taken care of. It’s a very family oriented office Dr.Simek’s wife Beatrix is the office manager and is the sweetest! she will always be able to help if you need her. Dr.Simek is the funniest and is very thorough. His amazing nurse Randi has the biggest heart and the kindest soul she’s got that old school Brooklyn vibe that’s very comforting and she’s also very accurate with patient communication and she can stick your rolling vein on the first try. The front girls Kayla and Emily go out of there way to ensure your calls are taken, and you’re scheduled with the next available appointment. There’s also two nurse practitioners there that can also see you if the Doctor can’t right away. All offices have waits so don’t expect to be seen right at your appointment time it’s unrealistic anywhere! My… whole family and I will continue to be patients at this amazing office.

I really have only seen Dr. Simek once because I'm so happy with the Nurse Practitioner. So, since the other reviews seem to be satisfied with Dr. Simek, but only criticize the staff, my review is about them. I have been going to this office for many years. I have NEVER had a problem getting a quick appointment when necessary. They have NEVER been rude. They DO exhibit competence and caring. One review actually criticized Randy, the nurse's aide. She is very competent, very caring and thoughtful, and goes above and beyond when it comes to getting referrals to specialists, so I am totally perplexed about those less than glowing reviews. One person even criticized Dr. Simek's wife. If she does come out of the office, she always has a smile and is very pleasant. Again, the hatchet job being done in these reviews is just plain ridiculous. Yes, there may be a bit of a wait to be seen, but that seems to be happening with all doctors. I attribute that to the care giver taking more… time to address the patient's needs. I've never felt rushed and always felt my concerns were addressed.

Absolutely ugly experience ! Doctor seems ok, but his wife, office mgr Mrs Simek and the nurse with the name " Randy " should be put away from any medical profession. They are very mean and tricky. Stay away.

He has been my doctor for many many years. I once moved farther away and tried to find a competent docto r ,but I had a ridiculous time finding one. I am a nurse myself, so when you have a little inkling of what should be being ordered when you have certain issues and you see they don't have a clue ' trust me, you know. Dr Simek is thorough and is a very competent doctor. Competent alone is worth any wait time in gold, if your care is good. Fy it's very nice, understanding and friendly as well.

I have never had anything but good experiences with Dr. Simek. In fact, he diagnosed a problem that 2 specialists and the hospital could not. I am saddened to have to leave his office due to his HORRENDOUS staff! They have been rude, uncaring and extremely unprofessional on more than one occasion.

Our experience with this Doctor and office has been nothing but delay, run around, and lack of taking responsibility for the care of a patient in a life or death situation. I am disgusted and infuriated by the lack of urgency and professionalism exhibited. A primary care doctor/office should be pushing for/advocating expediency rather than being a bottle-neck/hindrance. I can not rate the experience poorly enough.
