If you would like an unforgettable experience of leaving a doctor's office in tears after having been yelled at, disregarded, threatened, humiliated in front of her staff, and then finally kicked out without any regard for your concerns or questions, then yes - absolutely go to her. I am not sure how this doctor is allowed to practice medicine with that horrible attitude that lacks any compassion whatsoever. Absolutely INAPPROPRIATE LEVEL of CARE no matter how you look at it.

Please read the below incident and decide for yourself if you want to try Dr Petrov. My mother came in to get a referal, needed for some urgent tests. Her regular doctor was not there, she asked to see a different doctor - since they work for the same medical center it would be acceptable. At first Petya Petrov refused to see my mom at all. Then she came out and yelled the following 'I DONT GIVE YOU NOTHING! I DONT KNOW YOU! IF YOU ARE GOING BLIND THEN GO BLIND OR GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM! BYE' There was a nurse (who looked horrified) and two patients in the waiting room who heard. Please note that other doctors at this facility are fine.
