Dr. Philip Kuan Wen Chen, MD

Dr. Chen's service has been deteriorating. He used to take time asking questions, but the past few years, he rushed through the visits. He would even lament about how little doctors are paid. During my latest visit which was an annual exam, he came in, gave me an order for my blood test and it was done... I asked why he did not ask any questions, even the routine ones that were asked during such a visit , he became visibly irritated. The visit was proceeded with me asking questions (e.g. do I need certain shots) and him answering. He did not seem to want to be in the room with me... Not sure why we need a doctor who shows no interest in patient care. I would not give any star if I could.

Dr Chen has been my Dr for many years. He is always able to accomadate me even on short notice. He provides detail assessments and advice on my care. Most notable is his balanced advise on medical care as well as lifestyle suggestions to provide for better long term results.

Dr. Chen has been my Dr. for over 20 years. He has a great bedside manner. He keeps up with all the latest technology and pharmacy advances and when he prescribes me a new medication he always checks it for interaction with the other meditations that I take. Appointments are easy and quick and always a short waiting time. He and his staff and the best.

Dr. Chen is the best doctor I have ever had. He listens and he considers the whole person. On my first visit (just to get to know him), he helped me with 5 of my health issues. I highly recommend this doctor.

I and my entire family have gone to Philip K Chen for years. He is very good at asking many questions and covering previous items discussed, as your health changes as you get older. He found a carabid artery restriction that other had not recognized. If you don't want a picky doctor, Philip Chen is not your doctor. But if you want a doctor to watch over your in a very good way, he is the one to have.

Pathetic Dr. He was unable to diagnosis me. Scared me to death saying I might have cancer when it was just some fever. He also told me I might loose my eye sight when I had a soreness. Please avoid him.

First visit. Didn't like reception area. Doctor seems to the point, knowledgeable and a teacher at heart. It was just a physical exam for a healthy young person so can't really give detailed review but seems trustworthy.

My elderly father has been swindled by Dr. Chen and associates. They did not diagnose his bronchitis leaving him to go to ER for care. Extremely unsatisfied, will no longer be seeing Dr. Chen

He is what all doctors should be like.

I will never go to thsi doctor again !
