Came to Dr. Ku with general physical ailments as a 50+ year old male may have. He understands that adults this age can semi-manage their health and isn’t offended that we just might know something about our own health. Most doctors egos do not allow this. He’s amazingly sharp and will help guide your circumstances

Dr Ku is by far one of the Best Educated IM doctors in the Valley. He understands the Human body and function better than most Primary Care physicians. He takes a sincere interest in your health and goes to great lengths to protect and prevent all illnesses. Office staff could use a little TLC but very professional.

I had several bad experiences. dr. ku is nice enough but seems more interested in typing your problems than treating them. I told him I was pretty sure I had an inguinal hernia. He said I did not, well I did and it is now much larger when it could have been treated much earler. He seems to love prescribing meds although I much prefer natural and or life style changes. There is no follow up on anything and even thoughhe takes copious notes you still have to repeat everything at the next appointment. The office staff is horrible and someone should give them a customer service course. Today was the end for me. I have had a previous melanoma and I noticed something today that worried me. i called today Nov 2 for an appointment as was told since I haven’t been lately I will be considered a new patient and will have to wait intil Dec 27 for an appointment so i called Blue Cross and changed Doctors. Sorry Dr Ku there is only so much I could take.

Dr ku very pleasant but front staff that answer the phone is very rude and when you contact the manager in charge is not helpful and takes sides with the rude employee. If can seeks options I like Dr ku because very pleasant but just his staff had manner dealing with public specially you be always be courteous to patients because with them you would have bussiness.

dr ku is pleasant, courteous, an all-around nice individual. I have been asked to make separate appointments to address each health problem. Although reports from specialists are received Dr. Ku does not come prepared to integrate results into viable care plan. In my experience Dr. Ku prefers prescribing pharmisuticals before lifestyle changes or natural supplements. His medical assistant is pleasant. You might want to ask her to restate your request to you before she speaks with the doctor to ensure correct information is communicated. Care has become fragmented because of communication between all members of my care providers.

Dr. Ku is a bright and personable physician. I am always very pleased with his demeanor when I go in for an office visit. His staff for the most part is great, except for his medical assistant who can be quite cold and impersonable. Everyone else in the office is wonderful!

Dr. Ku is a wonderful Doctor. He listens and keeps very good notes. If he can't help he will refer you to a specialist, but in most cases he is just as accurate as a specialist. Only one problem - and it is not really a problem but a comment - he talks too fast and so low it is hard to hear him. That's the only thing I find wrong.

Everything in his office is electronic, he carry's a laptop to do his notes and has all of the information he needs in his hands when he sees you. He knows modern medicine and he is very caring and all around a wonderful doctor. If you are looking for just another pill doctor, Dr. Ku is NOT the doctor for you. He cares about his patients and spends more than enough time with you during your appointment. If you want a doc that actually does rush in and out of the room, Dr. Philip Ku is the best doctor for you. I am making him my primary from now on!

Professional and caring. Dr. Ku takes the time to explain his findings in plain language that I can understand. He documents our visit thoroughly, in my presence. It took me five years to find a doctor I could really trust -- he's the one!
