Unfriendly office staff

Did not end up making an appointment. Sarah working appointments could use a little "How to be nice" training. The last thing you need when your not feeling well is people with attitude problems..Rude

From the front desk staff to Dr Lahey, everyone was amazing. So friendly and caring. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions and was empathetic to my diagnosis.

This dr. is excellent. He is very kind and caring person. Very skilled in his profession. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I too feel like this guy had an inflated ego, especially for such a young doctor. I will be going to someone else in the future you should too!

My appointment was at 2:15 and at 3:30 I went and told the nurse I was canceling my appointment. I called and left a message for the Dr. to call me back. Dr. Lahey did call me back and when I told him I waited and hour and 15 minutes after my appointment, he was upset that I wasted his time with a call. EXACTLY WHO IS PAYING WHOM????? I think the Dr. has an inflated ego, he needs to be reminded that our time is just as important as his time. SHAME ON HIM!!!!
