Dr. Philip H Lee, DO

I had an appointment with Dr. Lee's clinic in Van Nuys his staff is very polite and nice specially his Medical Assistant Donny, he was so courteous and polite as for Dr. Lee is very attentive and thorough with my complaints, he gave time to explain everything and very caring of his patients. I recommend Dr. Philip Lee to any patient with health problem.

He wrote me prescriptions for my bad back. Had to return to his office twice because the pharmacy refused them because he failed to fill the script out correctly. Additionally, I take prescriptions for depression. I have been taking these medications for over 10 years. I usually see a psychiatrist to refill those prescriptions. Dr Lee said he could write those prescriptions for me. The first time he filled them, he gave me a 90 day supply, same as I would get from express scripts. The next time I needed it filled he said it was going to be 30 days supply. He could not give me 90. I asked him how come he did it before. He denied it. I saved the prescription bottle to show him. I took the script for 30 days. Now it is expiring and he will not call the pharmacy back, or my calls to ask what is happening. I believe he wants me to come in every time, to get extra money from my insurance. But it is costing me more too.

Doctor Is always late but is s good guy

This doctor doesn't listen, doesn't care and forms his own opinion before even examining you. He hands out prescriptions like candy and has awful bedside manner. I had to call about test results. The office is busy and the office workers are brusque.

Don't go unless you enjoy wasting time and dealing with the most unorganized medical practitioners

No wonder it is so easy to set up an appointment with this doctor. I saw him once and will not go back. I mean seriously? I wish I had looked this dr. up first. I am sure he is the kind you can say I need "X" and he will just give you a prescription. If that helps some of you out. Going to find myself a real doctor to get a second opinion. What a waste of time and money.

Wow, I went somewhere else for a second opinion. Which was good because this guy was very wrong.

First appointment this guy left me sitting in some back office for 2 1/2 hours. I finally got up and left. Cranky staff up front.
