Dr. Philip Deering Leming, MD

I was referred by two of my cancer doctors and his staff researched my 7 year cancer history prior to my visit. He is wonderful, caring and knew my entire history and reviewed past and future treatment. With his help and the help of my other Christ doctors I am beating cancer.

Dr. Leming is an amazing physician. He treated my mother and was so incredibly kind and diligent. He helped her to fight a good fight. He is extremely knowledgeable about NHL and after her seeing other cancer physicians, he was able to properly diagnose her type of cancer.

Dr. Leming is the best at what he does. He has a highly analytic approach to your unique diagnosis while still maintaining a high level of personalized care. His optimism is infectious. Further, he is continually searching for other treatment options. I thank God for him.

I've had Melanoma for 7 years, it went to stage 4 six years ago and that is when I started seeing Dr. Leming and I'm still here today to write about it. He is a very honest person. You might have to wait a while to get in to see him on appointment day but he gives me my time and everyone else their time. Great guy!!!!!

Dr. Leming pulled Dad back from death's doorstep. He took the extra steps in stage 4 lung cancer that the other docs really had given up on. He never minced words, and helped him with attitude adjustments if necessary. A year later, we've still got Dad with us!

Love Dr. Leming. He is the most caring MD I know. He will give you as much time as you need; therefore I do not mind waiting for my turn. He spent 90 minutes with me on my first visit & explained everything very thorouly to me & my husband. I have recommeded him to many of my friends.

Glade he records all that happens during an appt, just wish he would go back and listen. Many nurses in his practice, however friendly, not one appears to be specific to a question, or dose not offer to ask for you. There was alot of weeks between first appt and start of treatment. Had to keep calling. Felt as if staff may have been afraid to ask him. I am sure he dose not remember everything that he had told my husband and I when he first meet us. My advices to anyone visiting him. Keep calling to get your answers. Alway bring another set of ears. Addess issues as they come up. Give him a big hug before you leave, he is carring alot on his schoulders. If could us an assistant he can trust. May take pressure off of him. Would still recomend him.

The best of the best!! He deserves more than a four star rating!He doesn't short change you at all, he will and does give you a thorough explanation of what is happening with your own body so that you can understand it. He is always open for questions from family, he tries to ease your mind and the family members. He is terrific! All I can say is thank you, for all that you do.

He is one of the best doctors we had on our journey with my husband's cancer. He was honest forthright and appreciated and respected the patient's opinion and wishes. He would advocate for the patient. He was past the point of ego and would always look for other medical professionals that may have something to offer the patient. In that way he always provided us hope while being honest with his opinion. I will be forever grateful for his expertise
