With all do respect to Dr Pearson I didn't feel an Important while he was talking to me I had high hope I was excited for City of Hope to treat me but I was disappointed with his respond about my PAE It will take time , I felt If I didn't have cancer I wasn't that Important or urgent to treat me and u all know my situation. It was urgent over a month of wearing a caterer

My appointment was HORRIBLE! I am fighting Parkinson's and explained several times that it's very difficult for me to write, thus I requested that all forms needing filled-out be sent to me prior to my appointment so I could fill them out at home un-rushed and un-distracted. I emphatically explained this several times to the person booking my appointment, whom I believe even put another person on the phone to whom I also explained and stressed the importance. They sent me 6 pages of documents which I filled-out as planned. I thought I was fully prepared. When I got there for the scheduled appointment, I handed the receptionist those 6 pages of completed documents, and she said there are more. SHE THEN HANDED ME 16 MORE PAGES OF DOCUMENTS TO FILL-OUT! I explained my difficulty, threw these 16 pages of additional documents in my file and left. If people refuse to listen to the concerns of their clients, patients or customers, this shows utter disregard for those they claim they… intend to help. It's all I can manage to show up for medical appointments and persevere through the stress of the entire process, especially filling out piles of forms that I could have had prepared beforehand.

Dr. Pearson has performed two different kidney stone removals on me. Each time he discussed my problem with me and showed me test results. He was thorough in answering my questions, including worst-case scenarios. When there was any doubt (as there was in one case) he errs on the side of caution, which I appreciate in a physician. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pearson to others.
