Dr. Philip L. Schrank, MD

Dr Schrank saw me for calcific tendinitis, and performed an in office barbotage procedure. I am a physical therapist myself and my bar is set pretty high- I was more than impressed with dr schrank and his expertise as well as his wonderful bedside manner. He is caring, reassuring, and easy going to a point that I was able to joke and laugh my way through the procedure. He is an excellent orthopedist and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone without a moment of hesitation

I came to Dr. Schrank based on a friend's recommendation and was amazed at the results of replacing my right shoulder. He far exceeded my expectations in regard to pan levels and range of motion. I would recommend Dr. Schrank without reservation . He is THE BEST!!!

I am a grandma in my 70s and recently had a visit with Dr. Schrank for pain in my shoulders and neck. He was highly recommended by my PA that I see. I had been to other doctors and they were okay, but nothing out of the ordinary. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and the accuracy of Dr. Schrank's diagnosis. He spoke to me slowly, quietly, and explained my condition completely. He evaluated me and the condition of my shoulders and my range of motion, which hadn't been done by other doctors. This is what an Orthopedic doctor really should be like. I was impressed with his friendliness and honesty in talking to me about the condition of my shoulders. I was also pleased with the office staff and everyone that I came in contact with that day at St. Charles Orthopedics, they were pleasant, courteous, friendly and 'on the ball'. When I first walked in, I was asked who I wanted to see, then told where his office was located. When I walked down the hall to his… area, I was promptly taken care of by his staff. I was given back my insurance cards right away and sat down but didn't have to wait long at all, probably under 10 minutes, which was great! I gave them my MRI CDs that I had brought with me, and I received them back immediately after my appointment, upon my checking out, didn't even have to ask for them. His staff are all very competent and it was a pleasure to speak with them. I have already recommend Dr. Schrank to my friends and family. It was a very positive visit. I feel as if I have been thoroughly evaluated and taken care of by an excellent Orthopedic doctor and if I have any orthopedic problems in the future, I will definitely go to Dr. Schrank.

I came to Dr. Schrank after shattering of my upper arm. He was kind, professional and honest. He completely explained my injuries and prognosis without sugar coating anything. I felt very well understood and very well cared for. His follow up was thorough. My healing is far beyond anyone's expectations. I feel this would not have occurred without his care and guidance. I am sog rateful.

i was suffering with so much pain in my shoulder but from the first visit with dr schrank he listened and made a plan. in the end i had to have the shoulder replacement surgery. it went so smooth and the outcome was so fantastic and i owe all that to dr schrank! I am so glad this office was reccommended to me by my primary physician. I would highly reccommend dr schrank to anyone in shoulder pain.

My experience with Dr. Shrank and his entire staff has been amazing !!!!!! His office runs like a well oiled engine. I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival for an appointment. Everyone is so caring and compassionate. I feel Dr. Shrank was a god send. I want to thank all of you for helping me get through this shoulder surgery and rehab.
