Dr Smucker wrote I was faking with proof I was not. He spent most of his time being on the phone and told me I would be paralyzed. Told nurse, made second appointment, he denied what he said with husband present. Cannot be trusted.

Dr. Smucker receives the highest rating (wish I could give 10 stars.) His office staff are friendly and efficient. His office is computerized, a nurse took my medical history and the receptionist handled all the biographical data. I signed electronically and did not have to fill out any paperwork. Dr. Smucker was on time (no wait) and had the rare combination of being extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He laid out my options very clearly after going over my MRI results thoroughly. He never seemed rushed and waited for all my questions. It's important to note that as a neurosurgeon he only does surgery and that was not his recommendation. I highly recommend Dr. Smucker and could not be more impressed with him and his staff.

Dr Smucker was in my room before my scheduled appointment and spent over half an hour with me. He explained my MRI, reviewed all of my options for care, and explained surgical options in detail. extremely thorough!

Doc spends more time on phone than with patient. Does a write up when he does not know what he is talking about. Sad.

This doctor does not pay attention and then writes things like you are faking when you have brought MRI proof that you are there for valid reasons. I sure would not want this doctor to operate on me!

This doctor does not take enough time to know what is going on with anyone. I would never let him operate on me as he has a short attention span.
