Dr. Philip Edward Stack JR., MD

We went to Dr. Stack being told he was a specialist for my son’s condition. However, the one and ONLY time we ever saw him out of about 5- 6 appointments was when he performed a procedure. He was never in the office to speak with at any follow up appointments. I’m very disappointed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stack’s for about eight years. He is a very kind and caring doctor who takes time to talk with me after my procedures and answer any questions that I might have. I have the utmost confidence in him as a physician.

Dr. Stack is caring and compassionate and very thorough. I'm thankful for his help with my medical problem.

Appointments are not rescheduled in a timely manner. Go to appointment only to find the doctor is on vacation and nobody called to tell you. Took several months to get a follow up for test. If you tell them something is wrong it gets ignored and told it's just part of you disease only to find out you have had an infection for several months that has gone untreated.

It is very difficult to get in to se Dr. Stack. His appointments are booked out for some time. Several bad experiences. One one occasion, it was very obvious I was the last patient and he was in a hurry to leave. Following the visit he was actually leaving the parking lot bay the time we had checked out and neglected to call int my perscriptions requiring us to call back to the office to have it done the next day. On another occasion, when I arrived for my appointment they indicated that i did not have one and he had left for the day even though i presented them with the reminder card. The response was that it would be several weeks before I could see him or his partner. I was seen by the PA, but am still very dissatisfied with the quality of care.
