Helpful in explaining procedure and what to expect

He was very thorough about my knee surgery. I had some concerns because I have a pen and plate in my leg and he showed me on the computer how everything would line up without it affecting the pen or plate in my leg. Very professional takes his work very seriously. The only problem I had was waiting in the lobby for an hour after they moved up my appointment from what it was to what it should be and then I had to wait an hour before they could get to me.

I am 75 years old and have never been operated on in my life. When I found out about my diagnosis, I was a little apprehensive. Dr. Bostian made me feel at ease with his knowledge and his positive reinforcement. He answered all my questions and concerns and at the same time was very positive about the outcome.

Was called back to see Dr. at around 7:50 for my scheduled 8 am appointment. Dr.Bostian is always professional and addressed any questions or concerns that I may have. Staff are always courteous and professional. Each time I’ve reported to scheduled appointments I’ve always received the same great service.

Dr Bostian is a world class encourager. While he is thorough and professionally top notch about his work answering all questions completely he is in touch with me as a patient. I am 83 and this is my first surgery experience he has been clear that this a hard one but made sure I learned the path to success. If I had another one to do I’d have him.
