My daughter cancelled an apt due to covid19. has called to reschedule and cant get any return calls hardly no answer in office and she is now 3 weeks away from giving birth and they still cant answer the phone or return a call. He has just left my daughter Billie Tippie with no care and her insurance has paid for everything. Also bullied my daughter and practically called her a liar when she told him she throws up all day and she does. Then insulted me when I mentioned we believe in God and told me God could be a woman we really don't know! My daughter couldn't do the glucose test for throwing up and we don't believe as American Indian we should drink toxins or vaccinate so he bullied her told her she will show up everyday until she does it and that's the same day he treated her like second call poop. Now 3 weeks from birth shes had no way of seeing a doctor for 5 weeks now. Im getting a lawyer Dr. Carr when this virus is over and you will be held accountable to your oath and your… patient. I would not bring my dog to your office now

Dr. Carr is rude and incompetent. I now have chronic liver disease due to his ineptitude with birth control. Ruined my life, and is a horrid person as well.

I've always went to Dr. Carr, he's always took his time to answer all my questions, he also delivered my son and I had no complaints..

I've been seeing him for 17 years and won't go to another. Best gyno around. Great bed side manner, very nice and amazing staff.

Dr. Carr refused to deliver my baby or to have my baby delivered in a timely matter during an emergency situation. Resultes were that my son died. I trusted Dr. Carr with all my being. He made me comfortable and would have referred anyone to him. I know we are all human but this was a selfish mistake on his part showing me that his personal life was more important than that of my child or myself.
