Staff was rude and disrespectful. Dr. States did not listen to or take the time necessary to provide me proper services.

This Practice is a joke the staff is rude The worker Renee Is rude to people on the phone she thinks she can talk to anyone anyway she wants to which is not right. Doctor States does nothing about his staff he doesn't spend time with his patients or sits down and talks to them like he should he just sits on a computer all day long which is a joke he needs to stop allowing the the way the staff treats the patients and be a doctor and do his job and he needs to start keeping patients than dropping them all the time like he does he obvious doesn't care about the people because he doesn't talk to the patients half the time

I called this morning for an appointment for my mother-in-law who has Alzheimers. She stays in my home and I always take her to her doctor's appointments. I believe she may have a urinary trac infection. When I called and described to the person on the other end of the line what was going on. She said she couldn't discuss anything with me. I told her I only wanted an appointment to make sure my mother-in-law didn't have an infection. She put me on hold, and came back and gave me any appointment for Monday, which was fine, but she proceeded to tell me that I would need to have changes made to the form for the Hepa law, which was fine as well. I did tell her that would be changed and she came off with "That is something that will have to be done and I don't need the attitude. She was the one with the attitude. How rude! I hung up the phone and we will be going else where. Thank you. Dr. States is very nice, but he needs to do something about his staff.

he has never been on time for appointments in the 4 years I have gone there i have had enough and am now going to another "caring" doctor all states does is walk around with laptop and does what it says pills pills pills spends less that 5 minutes in the room with you the medical boards really need to review his license PS ...more more and more people in this small community are becoming aware this docotr is just in it for the money he even has his whole family wife and kids strung out on pills

Dr. States is a very compassionate Doctor. I trust him with my health as well as my 2 children. He always take the time to answer any questions and never makes you feel rushed. I would rate him as an A+ and would recommend him to anyone. Also his office staff are friendly and always ready to help. Way to go Dr. States!
