Dr stover evidentially your nurse is very uneducated and was rsisef with no manners. My pharmacy has now made 2 attempts to contact your office to get aithorization for my medication that I have been taking since 2010. She was contacted today by myself and was very unprofessional and talk like she was from some back woods farm with no up bringing. I really thought you were more professional than this. To surround your self with such a uneducated individual. Really suprised me. I how this can get resolved very quickly. Has I have ready stated this medication is very important for my sobriety and here I am unable to get my medication because this uneducated individual would not take the time and call my Insursnce thanks a lot

I really did not want to write this review. Dr stover has played vital part in my recovery. Through his experience with addicts I was able to put together several years of clean living. Unfortunately through a separation I relapsed. I am now back with dr stover and look forward to a clean life. The sad part about this is I can't even get my medication because his nurse will not follow up with pharmacies to ensure my medication was payed for. I went to see him 2 wks ago and submitted my prescription of course I payed for it out of pocket. My pharmacy contacted his office about pre authorization and no response. Now it is 2 wks later no approval. Check this out I call his office and the nurse acts like she did nothing wrong when I am standing in the pharmacy looking at the email my pharmacist sent her. To top it all off here I am a recovering addict with. Sobriety at stake mind you and this lady acts like a complete bitty and puts me off and says we are seeing patients right now… you will have to wait. So I go a step further I get the pre aithorization number for her and call her back thinking maybe she could go ahead and call being I have been a patient for over 3 years on this medication. Guess what happened I was told she would call them the first chance she could get. Now think about this for a minute. The medication is subboxone it is vital to my sobriety that I have this medication. I was told earlier today when I was at my office visits that this was taking care of. His nurse made certain the office visits was taking care by Insursnce but never called about getting my medication filled even 2 weeks. Dr stover is a great dr don't get me wrong but his nurse has attitude problem and evidently someone needs to educate her about the importants of the medication that dr stover is prescribing and on customer service. Remember this you are only as good as the people you surround your self with. Good luck

Has been my family MD for many yrs. While I feel his office staff is not what it used to be, he is still the best.

HE IS RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND WILL YELL AT YOU IF YOU DARE ASK QUESTIONS. HE IS CLEARLY NOT UP TO DATE...CALLING DOCTORS SUCH AS FROM THE MAYO CLINIC "QUACKS" BECAUSE OF NEW RESEARCH THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT NOR DOES HE WISH TO. CAME UP WITH A SNAP DIAGNOSIS FOR ME WITHOUT EXAMINING ME OR MY RECORDS-OR ORDERING ANY TESTS...NOPE...IM OFF TO A SHRINK. I HAVE TO WONDER WHY A "DOCTOR" THIS UNCARING WOULD EVER HEAD UP A VOLUNTEER CLINIC...TAX WRITE OFF, COMMUNITY SERVICE, STATUS SYMBOL? THE NEXT NIGHT I WAS IN THE ER WITH RECTAL BLEEDING, ANEMIA, ETC AND GOT A REAL DIAGNOSIS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY OR YOUR HEALTH ON THIS ONE!!!!!
