Dr. Phong Francois Bui, MD

Their only doctor is Dr. Francois phong Bui he is a total fraud who changed his business name 8 times, and a history of negligence. Five star reviews one month ago with only 1 review is obviously fake. I went in for awake chin liposuction. He did a deliberate botch surgery ...never wanting anyone to go on my face...predatory battery in order to try to sell the facelift they kept pushing when I said no, and none of the records say it was discussed except their quote written by his wife's instruction to give to me "a deal if done on the same day". He made the jowels look bigger, and uneven fat removal, and fat separation up to the cheeks and indentations on my jawline. This also caused nerve damage so I can't smile normally still after 3 months my mouth cramps up randomly, eat with biting my lip, etc...have to do physical therapy. He refused to refer me or admit to what everyone else sees. He said it will be 8 weeks to get my mouth back..more lies. In post op he tried lying and argued… he didn't go on my face and said "it would be dangerous", said it is referred pain and numbness... I said I have photos of Canula marks and a big lump on my face above my jawbone. He then lied and said "he meant he didn't go up to the cheek". He falsified medical records saying I had no complaints and my mouth works fine in post op. Zero consultation records. He didn't even include the perscribed Rx he gave me or OTC Rx to take home in his records! He contradicted his own aftercare instructions in capital letters. He didn't give me compression for what i went in for, and when asked, shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know. After surgery I had to text the question again, and ask about icing and exercise because he was too busy to talk to me after surgery. Gave no instructions in text either! Plus his negligence of my medical needs caused an Adams Apple because he "was too busy at his other office". A saroma, as stated in paperwork, should have been expressed, and he admitted he does sometimes but never asked me to go in to get it evaluated after several texts begging. So it hardened. He told me to get (long and painful) professional lymphatic massages to fix it...doesn't work. That drastically loosened my neck skin. other surgeons say I will get my smile back after a year 90% and only a facelift will help or filler is ongoing forever. Just a few days after post op he posted a long novel choreographed video with staff saying "this is what plastic surgeons do"... he's not even a plastic surgeon! He is a gynocologist! He false advertised good after 1 week, but texted me the big black sutures fall out after 2-3 weeks. In post op texts he said it will be 8 weeks to 6 months to be healed!! also tried selling tightening when the smart lipo says it tightens without anything else. He admitted in post-op he deliberately scraped my jaw bone 5-10 times on the one side (where they took thier illegal promotional video during surgery-i opted out of any pics or videos, and he put his logo on my pics!) he told me to try to move fat from the other side to the scraped side to fix it now. ..didn't offer to fix anything, even at a reduced rate like his paperwork says. He also ignored my anesthesia needs, and others have reviewed he's done that to them as well. he lied his numbing is stronger than the dentist, but his records show its just lidocane (the same), saline and a vasoconstrictor...so I felt the canula jabbing me the entire time for an hour. I told the nurse (his wife) that would happen unless they get septocane...the doctor lied in pre-op his "is stronger than the dentist". He admitted in post op the face muscles caused my mouth to be so bad and if he would have only done the neck this wouldn't be happening. Well since I'm in customer service and smiling and talking is everything to me, He will be sued and reported to the medical board if not settled ASAP! I am grateful to have Dr Bui as my doctor. His professionalism and knowledge were exceptional. He is a compassionate and caring doctor which is fitting for the award given to him from this website. I strongly recommended him to anyone who is looking for a top gynecologist.

I agree with most of the reviews. Dr. Bui certainly is a caring and compassionate doctor. My experience under his care has been exceptional. He cares about solution but most importantly I have input in the medical decision. I want to spend a lot of money on certain cosmetic procedures but he advised me against them because I won't be able to achieve the look I want. He spent time listened to my needs and concerns and did not promise what he can't deliver. The staffs are nice and friendly. One of them was inexperience at first but we got familiar quickly. His nurse is awesome. She is also attentive like the doctor. He get my vote for the best doctor.

Dr. Bui is a great doctor. He is concerned and takes his time with his patients. The problem with this office is the front office staff are often rude and not be very helpful. I called into check on the status of a very urgent procedure and I was told it is pending with your insurance and hung up on. I called my insurance - the office never submitted the forms as said. I called back and complained and the girl hung up on me. I like Dr Bui and I trust him with my life but it is BECAUSE he is so good I will stay with this office. If it were based on his front staff I would not ever go back or recommend them at all.

Dr. Bui REALLY listened to what I had to say, and addressed my issues before I had a chance to ask or even voice my concerns. He first asked, "Why have you come here?" And after hearing my issues, he asked "And what do you want me to do for you?" I felt as though I had complete control over my treatment, which is rare in today's medical world. His touch is both gentle and reassuring at the same time. And although I'd waited a while to see Dr. Bui, in the end, I felt as though he had allocated a larger time slot to help me feel more comfortable and address all of my concerns before doing his exam. GO SEE THIS DOCTOR....

Dr Bui is a caring and knowlegable doctor. Staff is nice and accomodating. Office is beautiful. They helped me get IUD for free. I refer all my girlfriends here. Busy plaza, so parking is bad on weekends.

Dr Bui and his staff are always attentive to my needs and patient with my questions/concerns. Its nice to walk into a doctors office where everyone knows you and are concerned with the problems you are dealing with. I never had problems with them not answering my calls like the previous review. Dr Bui spends a lot of time with me and his staff is very caring. Office is clean and organized. Highly recommended!

Dr. Bui is patient with me and spends a lot of time addressing my concerns. He has the most beautiful office and his nurses are efficient and pretty. Everyone there is friendly and caring. They remember personal details about me and my family despite the volume of patients they see.

I've been to several doctors before my friend recommended Dr Bui. Although it is difficult to make appointments sometimes, the wait is so worth it. He offers ultrasounds at every visit, is always concerned about my high-risk condition, very professional, knowlegable, and caring. He answered my calls even in the middle of the night and is very thorough with answering questions. I always felt rushed with other doctors. His office staff is very personable and bends over backwards to accommodate my needs. They even offered to pick me up when I didn't have a ride to my appt. Would highly recommend to all my friends.
