Dr. Phong Quang Nguyen, MD

Office staff are rude and not knowledgeable with regard to Insurance Plans. Physician was adequate but Office pulls down the overall rating.

Dr Nguyen is a very caring doctor. Unfortunately I am not happy with his front desk.

I have always found Dr. Nguyen to be very patient and extremely knowledge in this field. Sometimes a patient has to wait , but it is worth it because Dr. Nguyen will have a lot of time with you when he sees you.

Dr. Nguyen has been treating me for over 10 years and I have full confidence in him. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He is up to date in all the new meds. that are out and is agreeable to trying new ones.

I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for over 10 years. He is awesome. I have battled RA for 40+ years. I am still walking and using all my appendages even though doctors told me long ago I would be in a wheelchair by age 45. I am 68. He's a great doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Nguyen for years for chronic muscle and nerve pain. He is a wonderful doctor and I always feel like he cares about my case. His receptionist Patty is the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever encountered. She is always very rude and condescending with everyone I have witnessed. **The last appointment I had: When checking in with another receptionist, Patty came up and interrupted our conversation to tell her something not work-related, in fact, complaining about another employee. While I was in the waiting room, she answered her cell phone at the front desk and proceeded to talk rather loudly about something very very personal regarding the other employee. I could not even believe that would be acceptable not only in a place of business but in public. It is obvious she has no regard for the feelings of her co-workers, or care for professionalism at all. I manage a medical office and if she were my employee, she would have been fired a long time ago.

It is the worst office staff, I was late for my appointment 2minute and they didnt accept me plus i was pregnant. The lady was very impolite and rude . Is very disappointment to see a such good doctor works with these kind of people

Dr. Nguyen was very caring and patient as he explained my test results. His bedside manner put me at ease and I appreciated that he took time to show me things on the internet that pertained to my diagnosis. I couldn't have asked for a more caring, friendly doctor.

My doctor visit was mid March. Staff was told to order recast medication for me, Four months later I have no medication. I have made 5 calls to them, talked to 3 different people, nothing is done. They are very rude, lazy, and seem to be annoyed by all patients. I'm walking.

Dr. Nugyen is a fine physician. I previously went to see two orthopedics who could not explain why my wrists and forearms were bothering me. This was after x-rays and MRI's of each wrist. Dr. Nugyen visually diagnosed an RA condition on the first visit, later to be confirmed by a blood tests. Though there have previously been customer service issues with staff regarding lack of courteous service, there have been some recent improvements noted. He usually tends to patients a few minutes late only because he provides whatever level of attention one requires during the visit. He is both an excellent physician and person. I recommend Dr. Nugyen without any reservation.
