Dr. Phyllidia M Ku-Ruth, MD

I have been seeing Dr Ku-Ruth for twelve years. But it just gets more difficult every year. I am now through with her/office. She is very bright, I agree. This week I had an appointment with her and I was ahead of time. We were not able to get a wheelchair down to the garage for at least 10 minutes. When I got to the desk they told me I was 3 minutes too late! They now have a rule that if you are more than 7 minutes late you will have to reschedule. Period. I don't know when that rule started, I never received a form letter from her. When I think of the accumulated time I have spent waiting for her over the last 12 years I was flabbergasted. I have been a loyal patient but this is just the end. If she is booked so tightly she can't spend any time with her patients, then either she needs to stop taking new patients or set the office straight. It is not a caring and compassionate way to do your job.

I really like Dr. Ku-Ruth. Very easy to talk to and feel comfortable with. I'll continue to see her as long as I live in the area. It's great to have someone you can trust.

If you can become a patient do it. She is truly one of the very good people in this field. A truly fine doctor
