Ive known Dr Collin for many years as my doctor and neighbor, he’s helped me to live a healthier life. He is a great Doctor, respected and beloved by all of his patients and staff!

DON"T BOTHER. There is absolutely no reason to go here. The Nurse's and Rx phone never gets picked up and you will never get a call back. You cannot be seen without an appointment, and you must be seen for every little Rx refill. I am currently stuck at work for emergency coverage for days without my blood pressure medicine. My calls to have an emergency supply called in to a local CVS was never returned and I can't get it refilled on the CVS app since they NEVER even answer the phone for CVS requests. Why would they?... It's their policy that you be seen for Rx fills after 90 days. You can get the same and faster service from the nearest GoHealth.

Sold his practice- although he still works there, his office now is ran by other Doctors- answering system is CraZy, hard to get to a "human"- Doctor is Good- hard to get appts ASAP. Just not the same as when he owned and operated the office. I will miss him, not so much for the new staff and practices- which are 'MEH". All good things DO come to an end! (SIGHS)
