Dr. Pierre Nassif Khoury, MD

Dr. Khoury and his staff are exceptional! After being diagnosed with esophageal cancer my husband was referred to Dr. Khoury. He took the time to explain how we were going to proceed with a treatment plan. Every time we go, we receive a warm welcome and we feel like part of a very special family. Everyone is so friendly, and I feel that they genuinely care about each patient. Going through cancer treatment is very challenging, physically, mentally and emotionally, but having a great team behind you makes a huge difference and is key to the journey ahead of you. I can never thank you enough for the care we were given. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

In the Cleveland office. Receptionist has a cold attitude. I usually have to wait 2 hours past appointment time, so bring a book or something to keep you busy. Dr. Khoury is on phone while he is seeing you. I think he is in contact with someone else treating another patient and answering their questions while you sit and wait for him to finish and take care of you. He is so overbooked and rushed, I wonder if he even can concentrate on my issues. While checking out, the receptionist tells you to go have lab work done, which is located in their building. First I even heard that I needed lab work. Dr. didn't tell me. He's personable, but I want someone who concentrates on my issues. Losing my confidence.

Dr. Khoury has been my husband doctor for 2 years. He seems to take his patients care very seriously. However, you can never see him in a timely manner. He always arrive late in the office. Runs 2 to 3 hours behind, because he was late, takes lunch breaks while patients are still waiting. Today we saw him 2 hours late.

Been a patient for one year, up to this visit all was satisfactory.when I told him i couldn’t afford to pay 150.00 a month for anti estrogen treatments for Breast cancer he kept asking “what do you want to do”?. He knew about this before & apparently did not check on other medications that could be used. I’m retired & on a fixed income

long wait, but worth it.

Bedside manner is horrible, and the whole time your talking he's looking at his phone.
